Hi there!
At Caring Comms, we are not just an agency. We are a mindset.
We bring a different perspective and a human touch to how internal communications (IC) can be managed. We push for “taking it slow” and do things mindfully. Our work should bring meaning, purpose, and a positive impact on your organisation.
Our mission is to demystify what it all means, and show the good it can do for your organisation. Whether you are starting from scratch or have dedicated resources for years, whether you know nothing or everything about IC and employee engagement: Caring Comms is for you.
We listen to you, and adapt to your context. So we will not prepare a lot of materials ahead of time, but listen first, collaborate, and then deliver what you need.
We would be honored to be part of your journey
and help make your workplace a great place to be!

Hi there! I am French and been based in Denmark since 2014. After close to 10 years working for large organisations, I felt the need to explore the entrepreneurial route, both to work for diverse clients, and design my own work-life balance.
I fell in love with internal comms in 2018, but rapidly felt something was missing: a purpose, and a deeper connection to people. Then, started the journey of learning about, and working with employee engagement: beautiful things can happen in the workplace!
🇩🇰 Jeg taler dansk hvis det kan hjælpe dig med at starte din rejse mod bedre intern kommunikation. Lad os tales ved!

Assistant (to the) Manager
She has been a core member of the team since the beginning. A sharp and insightful assistant, she is also responsible for employee wellbeing at Caring Comms. Her Purring workshops are wonderful.
You will surely see her pop up on one of our calls; she likes the attention.
She is a master communicator: she says what she means and means what she says. A great role model to all.
Internal communication is, in a nutshell, about facilitating the different flows of information in a company. It’s helping leaders communicate relevantly with their audiences (employees), connecting the dots about the company’s mission, and give employees what they need to do their job.
Employee engagement is, in a nutshell, about building the right work environment (physical, policies, culture, values, behaviours etc.) to help your employees feel part of a common mission, and that they want to give a little bit more than what is expected of them.
Internal communication is one of many drivers of employee engagement.
See how both can be powerfully good ?
